It’s been a while since I’ve posted a new artwork, but don’t worry, there is more to come!
This new piece is made from the book with the same title, Black and Blue, a novel about escaping domestic violence. Every aspect of this artwork had intention, from the not-so-quite round disks to the frayed fabric that runs through each of them. It strikes a balance between beautiful and discomforting.
