The (almost) Blank Journal is a daily writing journal with prompts to keep you from getting in a rut.

Five reasons for keeping a daily journal:

  1. Find inner peace
  2. Relieve stress
  3. Set, track and accomplish goals
  4. Acknowledge talents and discover how to improve them
  5. Work out and solve problems

The (almost) Blank Journal:

If you think keeping a daily journal is hard, you haven’t met The (almost) Blank Journal, a dated (page-per-day) writing journal with writing prompts and drawing exercises designed to enhance your creativity and clarity. It’s a perfect balance between a completely blank journal and a year of fully choreographed writing exercises. The journal includes drawing and doodling activities that stimulate the right side of your brain and increase your creativity.

At nearly 400 pages, The (almost) Blank Journal allows for daily reflection, record-keeping and creative writing. Each dated page includes a space for suggested drawing activities. Some pages are completely blank, encouraging you to take control. Pages at the beginning and end of the journal encourage you to set goals, review the year, write notes and record milestones. The journal also includes a short introduction that explains the writing prompts and drawing exercises.

The Gratitude Project:

Daily gratitude writing meets bullet journal! In this guided 3-month project, you begin by creating bullet lists about your own life. Then you transfer those bullet items as prompts onto 3 months of daily writing that focuses your heart, mind and soul on gratitude. The format of The Gratitude Project keeps you from getting into a rut. As you revisit the people, events and lessons from life through a lens of gratitude, you will begin to feel a transformation about how you approach each new day on the horizon.
