One thing that I have learned is that when things get rough, gratitude sure comes in handy. Feeling sorry for myself? Just need to think of a few things I’m truly grateful for. Shitty circumstances? I’m sure there is something in there that I’m benefitting from.

We are wrapping up a class I just taught called The Art of Gratitude and this is one of my projects from the class. When I start thinking of one or two things I’m grateful for, it’s truly like this spiral–expanding, more thoughts added, and no apparent end in sight. What are you grateful for?
