FOLD AND SIP
Think “paint and sip” but with a book in your hand, learning how to transform the book into a piece of art. I explain the secret of how it works and lead the group through folding a “heart book.” 3-hour class
PAINT AND SIP
This is a fun and relaxed introduction to watercolor or acrylic painting. I bring the supplies and lead the group through the project step by step. These classes are great for all types of groups, including corporate teams, clubs (Rotary, garden club, book club), or just a group of friends who want to explore creativity in a safe setting. 2.5-3 hour class
GUEST SPEAKER
Looking for an unusual guest speaker? I am happy to tailor a talk for your group. “It all started in a small library on the North Shore of Hawaii….” This inspiring talk can be expanded with exercises for team-building, developing creativity or other activities to inspire and develop skills for your group.
ART OF GRATITUDE
This 4-week course combines journaling and painting for a full-body experience with gratitude. Each of the 4 sessions views gratitude through a different lens, with a painting project to reinforce the journaling process.
THE GRATITUDE PROJECT
Think “bullet journal” meets “daily journal.” This 2-week course launches you on an in-depth journey with gratitude that will last for the following 3 months. The two sessions introduce you to the unique features of The Gratitude Project and get you started on a deep journey of examining your life experiences through the lens of gratitude. Includes a copy of The Gratitude Project.
THE (ALMOST) BLANK JOURNAL
Harness the power of daily journal writing. This 2-hour workshop focuses on the benefits of keeping a daily journal and tips for persevering until journaling becomes a daily habit. Participants will learn how daily writing can unlock creativity, problem solving and peace of mind. Includes a copy of The (Almost) Blank Journal.
